What is your delivery time?
Once you have placed your order, our logistics center prepares and ships your package within 24 to 72 hours. The delivery time to your home is currently 5 to 7 working days.
How can I track my order?
A few minutes after placing your order, a confirmation email sent you been sent with your order number (check your spam). You can then track the status of your order with your order number and email on our tracking page.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
For our European friends, please return unsuitable items within 14 days following receipt of your order. Please return items in their original packaging.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?
We strive to process your return as quickly as possible, but processing your refund may take up to 10 days after your item(s) have been returned. If you have not received a refund within 20 days of returning your item(s), please contact us with the proof of postage on your post office receipt and we will check this for you.
DO YOU REFUND SHIPPING COSTS?
Unfortunately, we do not reimburse shipping costs in the event of a refund request.
